Inland Empire Health Plan Achieves Great Place To Work Certification

Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) has once again captured the esteemed Great Place To Work Certification™ for the fifth consecutive year. This achievement underscores the health plan's robust organizational culture and its commitment to fostering growth opportunities for its employees. Recognized as a top authority in workplace culture, Great Place To Work® utilizes rigorous criteria that assess employee experiences and leadership dynamics across various sectors.

CEO Jarrod McNaughton expressed pride in this recognition, attributing it to the relentless dedication of the IEHP team. He highlighted the essential role that engaged team members play in providing optimum care to IEHP's members, emphasizing a shared pride in serving the Inland Empire communities.

The results from the 2025 Great Place To Work® survey reflect this commitment. Launched in April, the survey gathered feedback from over 3,600 employees, over 90% of IEHP's workforce. Remarkably, 88% of participants agreed with the statement, "Taking everything into account, I would say IEHP is a great place to work." Additionally, an overwhelming 96% felt that the work environment is physically safe, while 95% appreciated the company's unique benefits and fair treatment of all employees, regardless of sexual orientation.

Established in 1996, IEHP has rapidly evolved into one of the largest employers in the Inland Empire, and it is recognized not just for its size but for its employee-centric initiatives. Benefits like career coaching, fitness classes, tuition reimbursement, and financial assistance showcase the organization's commitment to its staff. Furthermore, survey feedback revealed a strong emphasis on work-life balance, a sentiment echoed throughout the company.

Supriya Sood, Chief People Officer at IEHP, said, "At IEHP, our team members are at the core of everything we do. We're committed to building a workplace where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow professionally and personally. This recognition reflects the culture we've built together, and we will continue to invest in experiences, connections, and opportunities that help our team members thrive from day one."

Research conducted by Great Place To Work® indicates that job seekers are overwhelmingly more likely to find great leaders in certified workplaces. Employees in these environments express a 93% likelihood of looking forward to work each day and double the chances of fair compensation, equitable profit sharing, and promotion potential.

Sarah Lewis-Kulin, Vice President of Global Recognition at Great Place To Work, praised IEHP for its consistent dedication to enhancing the employee experience, adding that its ongoing recognition as a great workplace places it among the elite companies in the field.
