HACHI Foods and Restaurant HACHI Collaboration
HACHI Foods Co., Ltd., headquartered in Osaka and led by CEO Shinichi Takahashi, has announced a celebratory event for the launch of its latest product,
'Restaurant HACHI's Napolitan Sauce'. This unique sauce has been crafted in collaboration with
Restaurant HACHI, a renowned eatery in Sendai known for its award-winning Napolitan. The sampling events will take place in three major cities: Osaka, Tokyo, and Sendai.
About the Product
The new sauce aims to replicate the unique flavor of the Napolitan served at
Restaurant HACHI, which won first place in the
Kagome Napolitan Stadium contest in 2013. The sauce will be sold nationwide starting March 2, 2026. Through these events, HACHI Foods hopes to provide customers the opportunity to experience this delectable flavor firsthand. Attendees will also be able to take home a pack of the sauce to recreate the restaurant's flavors in their own kitchens.

HACHI x HACHI Collaboration
The partnership between HACHI Foods and Restaurant HACHI began with a signing ceremony in October 2025, giving birth to a collaborative venture aimed at elevating customer experiences. The first phase of this collaboration involved a special menu featuring HACHI's
Bee Curry at the restaurant, which received positive feedback.
Phase Two: Napolitan Sauce Development
Both companies share a vision of allowing customers to enjoy the flavors of
Restaurant HACHI at home. This led to the commercialization of the restaurant's signature Napolitan, developed by HACHI Foods, a leader in the ready-to-eat pasta sauce market. The sauce brings forth the prestigious award-winning flavors curated by the restaurant, resulting in a collaboration where the best of both entities shine.
