A Unique Experience at Shibuya Loft
From August 21, 2025, to October 20, 2025, Shibuya Loft is hosting a special limited-time section dedicated to "Yachimun," the traditional pottery from Okinawa, known for its vibrant colors and patterns. This event will take place on the third floor of the Shibuya Loft in the Cook & Dine special venue. It marks the first appearance of the "Yachimun" corner within the popular "Utsuwaya" initiative, which showcases works from various artisans and kilns across Japan.
The theme of the Yachimun section is "Tableware for Afternoon Snacks," reflecting the local culture and love for unique ceramics. Visitors will find a variety of charming pieces handcrafted in five different workshops in Okinawa, each designed not just as utility items but as aesthetic companions to sweeten your snack moments. Whether you’re serving cookies, cakes, or local Okinawan delicacies, these colorful ceramics are perfect for brightening your afternoon break.
Each ceramic piece is crafted with love and care, embodying the spirit of Okinawa. It's not just about functionality; it's about creating memories and experiencing joy with every item you use.
