Join us for the exciting Entertainment Behind-the-Scenes Lounge #5, hosted by LLC RK on July 15, 2026, at Rhythm Canvas in Suehirocho, Tokyo. This unique networking event unites professionals from various sectors of the entertainment industry.

Traditionally, the entertainment scene is powered by numerous behind-the-scenes individuals, including production, management, PR, design, and casting professionals. Yet, there’s often a lack of opportunities for these individuals to connect freely across companies and projects. This event aims to foster those crucial horizontal connections.

Key Features of the Event

What sets this event apart is the gathering of competing companies and the rising participation of performers such as VTubers and MCs. The merging of backend and front-end entertainment professionals is growing increasingly common, promoting unforeseen collaborations and partnerships.

The number of participants has consistently increased over previous events: 48 in the first, 56 in the second, 62 in the third, and 66 in the fourth. The fifth gathering will accept up to 77 participants, so be sure to register early!

- 18:30 - 21:00: Entertainment Behind-the-Scenes Night (1,000 yen, includes soft drinks and alcohol)
