MTS Logistics Prepares for 15th Annual Bike Tour to Support Autism Awareness and Job Training

MTS Logistics Gears Up for its 15th Annual Bike Tour

MTS Logistics, Inc., a prominent freight forwarding and logistics provider based in New York, has announced plans for its 15th Annual Bike Tour with MTS for Autism, scheduled for Saturday, June 14th, 2025. The event aims to gather participants to raise a remarkable target of $150,000 to increase autism awareness and assist in providing job training for young adults on the autism spectrum. Over the years, this bike tour has become a significant event in the logistics industry, highlighting the importance of inclusion and accessibility within the workforce.

Last year's bike tour attracted over 150 participants, earning the title of the largest event in its history. Remarkably, the funds raised were donated to Spectrum Works, a New Jersey-based nonprofit dedicated to creating employment opportunities for autistic individuals. Thanks to the ongoing collaboration between MTS Logistics and Spectrum Works, notable companies, including IKEA, Walgreens, and Old Navy, have extended job offers to young adults following their participation in the tour.

MTS Logistics is celebrating the milestone of its 15th event with the highest fundraising goal to date. President Sedat Saka expressed enthusiasm about the impact this fundraiser will have, stating, "For our 15th year, we will be making a huge impact by raising over $150,000 for autism awareness. We have the potential to train specialized teachers and continue to hire individuals with autism, making a real difference in our communities."

Over the years, the annual bike tour has enabled Spectrum Works to assist over 700 young adults with autism through its job training programs and has fostered partnerships with 15 different companies and 35 high schools. The initiative is instrumental in addressing the staggering 85% unemployment rate among individuals with autism, offering them a pathway into the workforce, backed by vital job training resources.

This year’s bike tour will also offer exciting prizes, including round-trip tickets from Turkish Airlines, a spa day for two lucky couples, and a free bike.

MTS Logistics invites individuals and companies interested in contributing to this noble cause to visit their donation page at bit.ly/MTSBikeTour2025.

Moreover, sponsorship opportunities are also available, starting from $1,000. The organization encourages community support to help them achieve their ambitious fundraising goal.

In summary, MTS Logistics continues to demonstrate its commitment to social responsibility and autism advocacy through their annual bike tour, which not only raises funds but also promotes inclusivity in the workplace. Together with Spectrum Works, they are paving the way for a brighter future for many young adults with autism, nurturing their skills and preparing them for rewarding careers in a supportive environment. Attendees of the event can anticipate a day of camaraderie, exercise, and empowerment, embodying the spirit of unity that the bike tour has come to represent.
