Chitose Kyoyu-kai Initiates Inclusive Childcare Program

Chitose Kyoyu-kai, a social welfare corporation based in Chiyoda, Tokyo, is set to launch a new inclusive childcare program called the "Kodomo Dare Demo Tsūen Seido" (Childcare Access for All) in April 2026. This initiative will be implemented in five childcare centers across Chofu City, including Chofu Gakuen Chitose Nursery, Petit Sengawa Chitose Nursery, and others.

The primary aim of this program is to create a welcoming environment for families to easily access childcare services. Chitose Kyoyu-kai is committed to leveraging its long history of community support to ensure the program meets the needs of diverse households, regardless of employment status. By offering opportunities for children to engage with existing students and utilizing the expertise of childcare professionals for consultations and交流 (interaction), Chitose Kyoyu-kai hopes to broaden access to childcare services for a wide variety of families.
