Transforming Paradigms Together: Launch of 'PALs-Us' Program for Authentic Power

La torche, Inc., led by the accomplished Sanae Akima, is set to unveil a groundbreaking program, 'PALs-Us,' starting in October 2025. This intensive three-month program is designed for individuals who aspire to contribute to greater societal goals, despite feeling disconnected from their current realities.

Context

In today's world, many individuals find themselves questioning their efforts in workplace or family settings, often feeling out of sync with those around them. They grapple with the desire to drive social change amidst an environment riddled with inequalities and injustices. Their sensitivity and internal conflicts can sometimes feel burdensome, yet they hold the potential to ignite paradigm shifts within society.

'PALs-Us' offers a platform for these changemakers to retain their authenticity while collaborating with like-minded individuals to promote transformation and shape the future.

Program Features

The immersive 'PALs-Us' program focuses on practical application through the lens of brain management. Participants will have the opportunity to:

- Understand and actively alter their own paradigms (unconscious worldviews and biases), as well as societal paradigms (assumptions of the status quo).

Over the three-month course, participants will engage in key steps including:

- Clearing: Resolving energy leaks to ease rigid thoughts and improve relationships.
- Tuning & Embodying: Cultivating and showcasing personal uniqueness and creativity in daily life.
- Co-evolving: Enhancing communication that leverages differences and fosters collective evolution.

By mastering these steps, participants will unlock their Authentic Power.
Additionally, a voluntary learning community will be available after the program to foster continuous connections and shared growth among peers.

A Message from the Founder (Sanae Akima)

By integrating previous programs into 'PALs-Us,' I hope to inspire individuals to create personal transformations that resonate throughout their communities. About Sanae Akima

Sanae Akima is the founder and CEO of La torche. After graduating from the University of Tokyo with a degree in Agricultural Science and completing her graduate studies in International Cooperation, she established La torche in 2017 post her experience in project development across public, private, and academic sectors. Her contributions have culminated in the systematization of 'Brain Management' based on cognitive science.

Her book, 'Brain Management: Techniques to Harness Your Brain for Uniqueness and Creativity,' is available in both English and Korean. In 2025, it will be featured in the Wall Street Journal’s 'New Era Leaders' and she will receive a special award in New York.

With extensive experience in human resource development and organizational transformation across diverse sectors, Akima empowers emerging talent in this VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) era to become drivers of change.

Currently, based in Vancouver, Canada, Akima continues her mission on a global scale while maintaining strong ties to Japan.
