Located in the vibrant Yaesu Public area, Sho-chu ando has made its mark since its opening in September 2025, focusing on the theme of enjoying shochu in a more casual and accessible manner.
This special event is a collaboration with Komasa Jyozo, a renowned shochu producer from Kagoshima, known for its exceptional craftsmanship. Throughout this day, attendees can immerse themselves in the rich flavors and unique characteristics of Komasa Jyozo's prestigious shochu offerings, accompanied by thoughtfully curated dishes that highlight each spirit's profile.

Part 1: The Shi-So of Shochu

This first segment features a selection of four distinct types of "Kura no Shikon" shochu, paired with four specially designed dishes:

Part 2: Exploring the Potential of Authentic Shochu

In the second division, attendees will enjoy four popular flavored shochus and spirits made from authentic shochu bases, each paired with complementary dishes:
