Morpho to Showcase Next-Gen Mobility Solutions at Yokohama Technology Expo 2026

Morpho's Presence at the 2026 Yokohama Technology Expo

Morpho, headquartered in Chiyoda, Tokyo, is set to exhibit at the 2026 Yokohama Technology Expo from May 27 to 29, 2026, held at Pacifico Yokohama. This year, the focus will be on “Creating Next-Generation Mobility with Imaging AI.” The company aims to present advanced applications of AI technology that leverage in-vehicle camera footage.

Exhibition Highlights

During the event, Morpho will introduce several groundbreaking technologies, including:
  • - Auto Calibration Technology: Advances in camera calibration that occur in real-time while the vehicle is in motion.
  • - Monocular Camera Distance Estimation: A software tool to determine distances using standard RGB cameras without needing additional hardware.
  • - Three-dimensional Reconstruction from Images: A toolkit that transforms standard images into high-precision 3D models.
  • - Multi-Agent Simulation Technology (Morpho MAS): A new approach to simulating multiple AI agents that can recreate dynamic driving scenarios virtually.
  • - VLM Orchestration for Situational Assessment: This technology connects lightweight VLMs on edge devices with cloud-based VLMs, optimizing decision-making based on visual inputs.

New Debuts and Demonstrations

One of the key highlights this year will be the first public demonstration of Morpho's Morpho MAS, showcasing how multiple AI agents interact in a simulated environment, akin to real-world driving scenarios. This technology is crucial as the automotive industry shifts toward end-to-end (E2E) AI models, enhancing performance and quality assurance by simulating diverse driving conditions without actual vehicle use.

In addition, the Morpho Visual Calibrator™, which simplifies the calibration process of cameras and sensors, will be demonstrated through a live setup involving a remote-controlled truck equipped with a special camera unit for 3D reconstruction. Attendees will have the chance to witness the calibration and reconstruction processes in real time.

The Morpho Distance Scanner™ will also feature a new alert functionality that detects when objects are approaching, enhancing its application in real-world scenarios.

Engaging Booth Experience

Morpho's booth (No. 389) will emphasize hands-on experiences with the technologies on display. Participants can expect to see live demonstrations of:
  • - The Morpho MAS simulation technology.
  • - The new functionalities of the distance estimation technology, including alerts.
  • - The real-time calibration and 3D reconstruction demo.
  • - The situational judgement technology powered by VLM orchestration.

Visitors will also have access to informative materials and distribution of promotional items while enjoying detailed product explanations from Morpho's technical staff.
