Since May 2025, the teams at AIMotive and LG have diligently worked to create a single controller that simplifies the complexity of vehicular technology. The HPC Lite system acts as a central processing unit for vehicles, integrating myriad capabilities within LG's Electronic Control Unit (ECU). At its core lies AIMotive’s aiDrive software, designed to facilitate smarter navigation and driving assistance, making journeys not only more convenient but also significantly safer.

Features and Capabilities


The HPC Lite platform elevates driving experiences by enabling Level 2+ automated navigation on highways and recognized secondary roads. Using a multi-camera and multi-radar setup, it operates without reliance on high-definition maps. Among its many features, the system adeptly detects traffic signals, enforces stop intervals, and modulates vehicle speed in accordance with speed limits. It also integrates sophisticated overtaking algorithms that allow for seamless lane changes, improving overall traffic flow and driver comfort.
