Watering Inc., under the leadership of President Masaki Yasuda and headquartered in Minato, Tokyo, conducted the internal presentation titled "Copilot Verification Project" on October 14-15, 2025. During the event, 25 teams presented various initiatives utilizing Copilot for business improvements, sharing both novel ideas and practical applications. Teams demonstrating exceptional implementation were recognized with internal awards.
Due to demographic changes such as an aging population, workforce shortages, and diversified work styles, businesses are called to not only streamline operations but also to foster creativity among their employees. In response, Watering Inc. officially began leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot in 2025, encouraging various departments to explore the potential of generative AI tools. The aim was not just to improve efficiency, but to enhance employee thinking and ideation, paving the way for innovative work models. The presentation event served as a platform for sharing progress and successful case studies, ultimately accelerating digital transformation (DX) across the company.

Approximately 140 employees actively participated in the project, and this event highlighted their interim achievements. Guests from Microsoft Japan and NSW Corporation were invited to provide external insights and award special prizes based on their assessments.
