In light of these challenges, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan unveiled the Corporate Governance Guidance, aimed at strengthening 'earning power', on April 30, 2025. This guidance introduces the 'Five Principles of Board of Directors' alongside outlining the actions needed from managerial staff and emphasizing the necessity of a resilient governance and management structure.

Despite the recognition of these crucial points, many businesses are struggling to enhance their corporate governance framework effectively. Our upcoming seminar aims to address these prevailing issues and provide strategies for building and reinforcing effective management teams from three primary perspectives:

1. Supervisory Perspective: Understanding the role of supervisory board members and how their insights can influence effective governance.
