Call for Talent: Main Cast Audition Open

Accompanying the launch of IDOL:UnderCode is an exciting opportunity for aspiring talents. The main character casting audition is currently open, inviting candidates to step into the shoes of these captivating figures. Chosen applicants will debut as ‘XTubers’, crossing the boundaries of virtual (VTuber) and physical (3D talents) activities in the project.

What Awaits Successful Applicants?

Candidates accepted into this innovative program will receive extensive support, including:

• - Guaranteed income: During the two-month training period, participants will be assured an hourly wage of ¥1,250. Payments will transition to a profit-sharing arrangement post-training based on the project's earnings.
• - No upfront costs: Essential equipment such as PCs, microphones, VTube Studio, and virtual avatars will be provided at no initial cost, ensuring that aspiring talents can focus on honing their skills without financial barriers, thanks to PANDORA’s “Human Metamorphosis Project.”
• - Free training: Accepted members will have the chance to attend exclusive lessons in a practice-focused training center known as LLV ACTORS LABO (LAL).

Audition Details

Eligibility Requirements
Candidates must be between the ages of 16 to 29, in healthy condition, and not currently bound by contracts with other agencies. Special considerations will be made for those over 30 based on their skillset. Applicants should be willing to live in the Kanto area by the time of contract signing in May 2026, and must be open to appearing in person for live events in addition to VTubing.

Selection Process and Timeline

• - First screening (application) Deadline: March 31, 2026
• - Second screening (practical test): April 18-19, 2026
• - Final screening: May 9-10, 2026

Additionally, opportunities for second and third rounds of applications will be available after the first selection.
