Qatari Diar and Dar Global's Strategic Alliance for Luxury Development

Qatari Diar, a prominent real estate investment company, has officially signed a partnership with Dar Global, a leading luxury developer, to introduce the Trump International Golf Club and an exclusive collection of seaside villas in Simaisma, Qatar. This significant project aims to redefine luxury living along the scenic Eastern coast of Qatar, situated just 40 kilometers north of Doha.

Under this ambitious agreement, the Trump International Golf Club will feature a world-class 18-hole golf course, a stunning golf clubhouse, and luxurious villas that promise sweeping views of the golf course and the Arabian Gulf. This development will occupy approximately 790,000 square meters of the larger 8 million square meters designated for the entire Simaisma project, showcasing a vision of opulence and recreation combined.
