With over 30 years of extensive leadership experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and packaging industries, Steven Facer brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of success. His previous roles include senior executive positions at renowned companies like Thermo Fisher Scientific, ACG Worldwide, Capsugel, Catalent Pharma Solutions, and Colorcon. Most recently, he served as the Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at Adare Pharma Solutions, where he made significant contributions to expanding the company's market reach and achieving substantial commercial growth.

In his new role at Codis, Steven will be instrumental in spearheading the sales and marketing strategy at the Haverhill facility.
