Yuichi Kado Takes the Helm at Japan Staffing Services Association
Yuichi Kado, the CEO of Will Group, has been officially appointed as the president of the Japan Staffing Services Association as of June 16, 2026. This significant role will see him leading the organization for a term that extends until the next regular general meeting in two years. The Japan Staffing Services Association, established to support the healthy development of the staffing industry in Japan, currently comprises 796 member companies as of April 1, 2026. The association focuses on providing support to its members in complying with labor laws and enabling career development for temporary employees. Kado's Journey to Leadership
Born in Chiba Prefecture in 1980, Yuichi Kado embarked on his professional journey after graduating from university in 2003. He began his career at Centmedia Inc. (now Will of Work, a subsidiary of Will Group) as a new graduate hire. Kado’s career trajectory saw him transition to various roles in the organization, leading to his rise as the Executive Officer of Will Group in July 2018. By April 2021, he became the president of Will of Construction, another subsidiary of the group, and in June 2022, he was appointed to the board of Will Group. His most recent elevation to CEO came in June 2023, solidifying his position as a key figure in the company.
Kado’s extensive experience and understanding of the staffing sector will be invaluable as he navigates the challenges and opportunities faced by staffing agencies in Japan.
