Attendees will have the chance to explore Life Design Kabaya Co., Ltd., a representative housing company in Okayama and the surrounding Chugoku region. Key highlights of the event include visits to the Okayama Comprehensive Housing Exhibition Hall, showcasing the latest model homes, and Japan's first showroom dedicated to Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) structures. Participants will also have access to the headquarters and remodeling showroom of the company.

Attend the guided tour at the OHK Housing Exhibition, where you can see new model homes that exemplify modern living standards.

2. Innovative CLT Showroom:
Discover everything about Japan's first CLT structure-focused showroom and learn how CLT can revolutionize detached housing.

3. Strategy Session with Experts:
An exclusive seminar led by President Kubota, renowned for leading the company with an annual revenue of 45 billion Yen. He will discuss key strategies for regional builders looking to thrive in a competitive marketplace.

Participation Details

• - Date and Time: October 8, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM
• - Location: Okayama (In-person attendance only)
• - Participation Fee:

- ¥10,000 (tax included) for JGBA member companies
- ¥35,000 (tax included) for non-member companies

• - Networking Dinner: Participation at your own expense (¥6,000 to ¥8,000)
• - Target Audience: Builders, construction firms, remodeling companies
• - Cancellation Policy: A full 100% cancellation fee applies from 7 days prior (October 1, 2026).

• - 12:30 PM - 1:00 PM: Registration at Okayama Station West Exit Rotary
• - 1:15 PM - 1:45 PM: Visit Life Design Kabaya at OHK Housing Exhibition Hall
• - 2:15 PM - 3:10 PM: Visit Okayama South Exhibition Structure Lab.
• - 3:40 PM - 4:10 PM: Visit Life Design Kabaya Headquarters & Remodeling Showroom
• - 4:10 PM - 4:30 PM: Break
• - 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM: Workshop at Life Design Kabaya HQ 2F
• - 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM: Networking Dinner in the party room (transportation provided to Okayama Station for those not attending the dinner)
