This festival is specifically designed for students and individuals 25 years old or younger, fostering a vibrant community of young entrepreneurs passionate about startups.

Roles and Activities for Volunteers

We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to help make this event a success. As a member of the event staff, your responsibilities will include:

• - Venue management and setup: Ensure the event space is ready and welcoming for all attendees.
• - Registration support: Assist with greeting guests and managing check-ins.
• - Streaming support: Help with any live video broadcasting needs during the event.
• - Networking assistance: Facilitate connections among participants to build meaningful relationships.

Schedule for the Day

• - 8:45 AM: Arrival at TORYUMON OFFICE SHIBUYA
• - 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Venue setup
• - 12:00 PM - 7:30 PM: Event staff duties
• - 7:30 PM - 10:00 PM: Optional participation in the after-party (access restricted to entrepreneurs, VCs, and sponsors)

Please note that schedules or duties may change based on event needs. Some light cleanup may be required, and we typically ask for participation from 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM. If you have prior commitments and need to adjust these times, please reach out in advance.

About TORYUMON

TORYUMON serves as a launchpad for U25 generations keen on startups, providing a platform for emerging entrepreneurs. The last event saw around 700 attendees, showcasing the invaluable connections and opportunities provided. This year, we will feature the new TORYUMON ZERO program, designed to support young entrepreneurs before, during, and after their startup journeys.
