To commemorate this significant milestone, the restaurant will host a special discount event from May 25 to May 28, 2026. This four-day occasion is not one to miss, as it offers fantastic prices on some of its signature dishes!
For this limited-time event, customers can enjoy the restaurant's famous motsu nabe for just 1,080 yen, down from the usual 1,480 yen per serving. Three variations are available: the classic
Hakata Motsu Nabe, the
Chikuho Salt Motsu Nabe, and the
Hakata Miso Motsu Nabe. Additionally, other popular dishes featuring Kyushu cuisine, including
Akami Basashi (horse sashimi, usually 850 yen, now 650 yen),
Oita Tori Ten (fried chicken, usually 580 yen, now 450 yen),
Goma Saba (mackerel with sesame, usually 480 yen, now 350 yen),
Oyako Tataki (chicken tataki, usually 500 yen, now 380 yen), and
Hakata Yaki Ramen (fried ramen, usually 850 yen, now 650 yen), are also being offered at incredible prices.

Otakufu Sour (plum-flavored) and the

Motsu Nabe Otakufu prides itself on using domestically sourced, fresh motsu, which are delivered directly from meat wholesalers. The selection includes fresh cow intestines,
Senmai (cow omasum), and
Giarra (the beef stomach). These parts undergo meticulous preparation in the restaurant, creating a rich, flavorful experience with every bite. The三種の部位を使用することで、mouthfeel and taste combine perfectly, offering both tender fat and unique textures that make the motsu nabe a must-have.
The broth is available in three rich flavors: a classic soy sauce base, a savory chicken white broth, and a hearty mixed miso base. Guests can order each type individually, allowing them to savor and compare the different flavors.
