Financial Highlights for Q4 2025

In Q4 2025, Haivision recorded a revenue of $40.2 million, representing a remarkable increase of 33.3% compared to the same quarter in the previous year. This growth reveals a solid recovery and adaptability within the company, showcasing its capability to capitalize on emerging market demands.

Mirko Wicha, President and CEO, remarked, "Our revenue growth is driven by a robust opportunity pipeline as well as escalating core-product performance. Notably, we have seen substantial wins in defense, ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance), and private 5G networking domains."

The gross margin for this quarter stood at 73.0%, stable against the previous year, indicating effective cost management strategies despite rising operational expenses that totaled $25.4 million for the quarter. Remarkably, the operating profit for the quarter soared to $3.9 million, a significant uptick from just $0.2 million a year prior. Adjusted EBITDA also experienced a sharp rise of 144% year-over-year, reaching $7.1 million.

Financial Overview for Fiscal Year 2025

For the fiscal year 2025, Haivision achieved total revenue of $137.6 million, surpassing the previous year’s figures by $8.1 million or 6.3%. However, the company encountered increased expenses totaling $101 million, primarily driven by rising compensation linked to sales and R&D investments aimed at supporting new product developments.

Although Haivision's gross margins slightly decreased to 72.5%, the overall financial performance indicates resilience against market fluctuations. The year concluded with a net income of $0.1 million, a notable decline from $4.7 million in the prior year, reflecting intensified competition and investment in future growth strategies.

Product Innovations Driving Growth

Haivision's proactive approach in product development has significantly contributed to its recent successes. The introduction of advanced solutions like the KX1, an AI-enabled edge processor targeting the defense and ISR sectors, and the Falkon X2, which enhances private 5G capabilities, has sparked industry excitement. Wicha emphasized, "These innovations represent the future of our technology, and we are thrilled with their early performance in the marketplace."

Moreover, the Falkon platform's ability to fully transition Haivision's transmitter lineup to next-gen private 5G technology could enhance the company’s competitive edge.

The firm garnered several accolades in 2025, including the NAB Product of the Year and Best in Show for the Falkon X2. Additionally, Haivision partnered with Airbus Defense and Space to innovate new communications technologies, further showcasing its commitment to quality and technological advancement.
