On June 8th, 2025, Sarutahiko Coffee, a specialty coffee shop based in Ebisu, Tokyo, will celebrate its 14th anniversary. To mark this significant occasion, the café is introducing an exclusive menu featuring some of the highest quality coffee beans, with a spotlight on the rare Yemeni coffee, Yemen Taweel Alchemy.

Sarutahiko Coffee has earned a reputation for excellence in the world of specialty coffee. The beans incorporated in this latest offering are sourced from a mountainous region of Yemen, known for its challenging terrain at elevations around 2000 meters. The coffee is produced by several small-scale farmers in the Tawil area, located west of Sana'a. A distinctive fermentation method known as the 'Alchemy Process,' which combines aerobic and anaerobic fermentation, has contributed to the creation of unique exotic flavors.

For a limited period from June 6th to June 8th, any orders over ¥3,500 will qualify for free shipping, as opposed to the usual ¥5,400. Moreover, customers spending over ¥6,000 will receive a special gift—coffee bag samples of the upcoming product, 'New Coffee Paradise,' which will be available online from June 24th, exclusively for the first 200 customers.
