Animate is set to open its first standalone Gratte store, the Animate Gratte Animate Street Store, on July 17, 2026. To celebrate this milestone, they have announced an exciting series of opening events, full of exclusive giveaways and limited-time promotions designed to delight fans.

Lottery for Gratte Prizes

On the opening day, there will be a Lottery Event held at the Animate Ikebukuro Main Store. Attendees will have the opportunity to win fantastic prizes, including:

- Grand Prize: Ten vouchers for your choice of Gratte drinks
- 1st Prize: One voucher for your choice of graphic ice
- 2nd Prize: Original exclusive Gratte merchandise
- 3rd Prize: Commemorative icing cookie
- 4th Prize: A commemorative graphic latte voucher
- Participation Prize: Original wet tissue pack

To participate, simply present a receipt showing over 3,000 yen spent at Animate Ikebukuro Main Store or a receipt from the Gratte store on the same day. Each participant is allowed one entry only. The lottery will conclude when all prizes have been claimed.

Original Icing Cookies Giveaway

From July 17 to July 20, customers visiting the Animate Gratte Animate Street Store can receive a free original icing cookie. There are three unique designs available, although customers cannot choose their preferred style.

Photo Spot Launch

To make the opening even more memorable, a limited-time photo spot will open in the Animate Gratte Animate Street Store. Available from July 17 to September 17, fans can take photos with their favorite Gratte drinks, creating delightful memories to cherish.

Special Commemorative Campaigns

Additionally, Animate is introducing special campaigns to celebrate various anniversaries:
1. Bloom 10th Anniversary & Melokiss 8th Anniversary Gratte: July 17 - August 16
2. Caramel Comics 8th Anniversary Gratte: July 17 - August 30
3. Chara Birthday Fair 2026 x Gratte: July 17 - August 30

During these campaigns, drink or purchase products worth 2,000 yen to receive one 2L bromide (one design only) as a gift. For added excitement, customers can participate in a drawing for a hand-signed acrylic coaster.
