The Japan Organic Cotton Association (JOCA), headed by Takashi Maeda, is excited to announce the enrollment for the 12th edition of its Organic Cotton Certified Salesman Course. Starting from September 13, 2025, this comprehensive program integrates both online lectures and hands-on experiences through local tours in Yamanashi Prefecture, structured into eight insightful sessions.

Why Organic Cotton?



Organic cotton has gained increasing attention as a sustainable material that supports social issues. Amid challenges like climate change, loss of biodiversity, ocean pollution, and human rights concerns including child labor, organic cotton presents itself as a viable solution. By linking agriculture with industry, the course aims to bridge academic knowledge with practical experiences, providing an engaging and participatory learning environment. Participants will delve into the latest trends in organic materials and sustainability, preparing them to be immediate assets in the industry.

Organic Cotton Certified Salesman Course 2025 (12th Edition)


  • - Location: Online (Zoom) for seven sessions + On-site tour in Yamanashi
