Ueda’s seminar will focus on the theme: "Beautifully Preserving Memories of Travel," showcasing how Hasselblad systems like the X2D II 100C and 907X & CFV 100C can artistically capture the light, colors, and atmosphere experienced while traveling.

What to Expect

Moreover, a Touch & Try event will take place in a special seminar booth, allowing attendees to handle products that are usually not displayed. Ueda will introduce methods for capturing the essence of travel through rich tonal expression and natural color reproduction unique to Hasselblad. He will also demonstrate practical workflows for post-shooting using mobile devices, including RAW development and uploading to social media or cloud.

About Koji Ueda

Koji Ueda studied photography and film in San Francisco, where he honed his skills in commercial and documentary shooting. Upon returning to Japan, he began his career as a photographer after assisting renowned photographer Shinichi Hanawa. His work revolves around capturing streets and landscapes worldwide, and he’s actively sharing insights on photography, travel, and cameras on his YouTube channel, Koji Ueda's Travel and Camera. Ueda is a full member of the Japan Professional Photographers Society (JPS).

Inside Yodobashi Camera's Hasselblad Experience Space, attendees can experience the versatility of the X2D II 100C—a 100-megapixel medium-format mirrorless camera—as well as the 907X & CFV 100C, which blends classic shooting with modern digital capabilities. Special products like current XCD lenses and accessories, typically not on display, will be available during the seminar event. Visitors can also seek advice from Kurokawa, a Hasselblad Technical Sales representative, regarding purchases and usage from 10:00 to 19:00.
