Organized by the Maine Lobster Marketing Collaborative (MLMC), this exciting week showcases the hard work and dedication of lobster harvesters, dealers, processors, and restaurants that exemplify Maine’s commitment to quality seafood. As lobster rolls, chef-inspired dishes, and elaborate three-course meals take center stage at participating restaurants, attendees have the opportunity to enjoy Maine's beloved lobster while supporting the community behind it.
