The service will be accessible to members of the Ponta Pass, a popular subscription service with around 15 million users. The Ponta Pass Ponta acts as your personal assistant, offering assistance in multiple areas:

1. Notifications: The AI assistant will keep you updated with exclusive coupons and recommended offers from the Ponta Pass, ensuring you never miss a great deal.

2. Search Assistance: Need a specific coupon? Just ask! The assistant can find related coupons for you, such as those from Lawson, making it easier to save money on everyday purchases.

3. Information Retrieval: Users can ask questions about various topics. Whether you want to know how to effectively accumulate Ponta points or seek dinner ideas for tonight, the AI will provide researched answers. However, users are advised to verify the accuracy of the information provided.

Special Campaign to Celebrate Launch

In conjunction with the service launch, KDDI is excited to announce a campaign running from June 24, 2025, to July 31, 2025.
