Celebrating Two Decades of Givers Holdings
As we commemorate our 20th anniversary, Givers Holdings, headquartered in Shinjuku, Tokyo, is excited to announce our participation in the upcoming
Little Mama Festival Ikebukuro 2026. This family-centric event will take place on
March 10-11, 2026, at Sunshine City in Ikebukuro, where we'll present our specialized services aimed specifically at postnatal mothers.
Our group,
Kokoro Osteopathic Clinic, will provide attendees with an opportunity to experience
free pelvic correction treatments, performed by our highly trained professional practitioners who possess extensive clinical experience. With over 125 clinics across Japan and more than
800,000 satisfied clients, we are dedicated to alleviating the struggles faced by new mothers.
Understanding the Needs of Mothers
A key aspect of our participation in the festival stems from the significant inquiries we've received from postnatal mothers suffering from issues like back pain, shoulder tension, and poor posture — all commonly linked to pelvic misalignment. Many mothers express difficulty in accessing care, stating that they often prioritize their child's needs over their own health.
According to our internal data, the average time span before mothers seek treatment post-delivery is approximately
six months, primarily due to the barriers of childcare and caregiving responsibilities. We aimed to create an accessible opportunity for mothers to explore our services in a friendly environment, which inspired our decision to join the festival.
Evidence-Based Methods for Effective Care
Our treatments are rooted in
GIFT (Gliding, Inner, Form, Trigger), a unique methodology developed by our founder,
Yasuhiro Aki. This approach integrates fascia and trigger point therapy to address the root causes of physical pain and misalignment.
Research conducted in partnership with
Toa University has allowed us to publish in the esteemed
PLOS ONE journal. This research, which defines the relationship between scapular asymmetry and latent myofascial trigger points in asymptomatic individuals, substantiates the effectiveness of our approaches and enhances our clinical practice.
