Running from June 1 to June 14, 2026, this initiative aims to celebrate the Philippines' independence on June 12 and the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Japan and the Philippines.

Guests will be treated to a unique dining experience featuring Filipino local dishes reimagined in the signature Hard Rock Cafe style. This campaign not only allows guests to savor the rich flavors of Filipino culinary heritage but also fosters a greater appreciation for Filipino culture.

Hard Rock Cafe will offer a selection of four special dishes:
1. Fish Lumpia - A popular Filipino dish, these crispy spring rolls are filled with fish and a medley of flavorful vegetables like carrots and aromatic herbs, served with sweet chili vinegar for dipping.
2. Adobo-Style Pork Sandwich - This is a hearty sandwich featuring tender pork simmered in a savory mixture of soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic, paired with sautéed mustard greens and a unique banana ketchup mayo, all sandwiched in a soft French roll.
3. Mango Mojito - A refreshing cocktail that combines black rum with fresh mint, lime, and mango, topped off with club soda to create the perfect drink for the summer heat.
4. Tropical No-Jito - For those preferring a non-alcoholic option, this mocktail features a mix of fresh mint, lime, and mango, delivering a tropical punch in a glass.
