The highlight of the event was the grand prize winner, Jayme Presley, who serves as the vice president of asset management at PRG Real Estate in Philadelphia. Presley's commitment extends far beyond her professional duties; she is deeply involved with Kaizen Adaptive Training, an organization dedicated to providing supportive physical training for adaptive athletes. Through her extensive fundraising efforts, she has propelled Kaizen's growth and helped maintain numerous tuition-free programs designed to uplift aspiring athletes.

Among her notable achievements, Presley established a charity golf tournament in 2023 that successfully raised $28,000 for Kaizen. "I've always been a large supporter of helping veterans, first responders, or those with disabilities to live life to the fullest," said Presley. She firmly believes in the power of kindness, stating, "Sometimes even the smallest gestures make the largest impacts. I still believe the world thrives with kindness."

In addition to her work with Kaizen, Jayme supports various charitable initiatives, including participation in events like the I Need a Lighthouse “Beacon of Hope” 5K for suicide prevention and volunteer activities such as the Chesapeake Bay Foundation's Clean the Bay Day. Her holistic approach reflects a deep-seated desire to enrich the community, exemplifying the heart of the Impact Hero Awards.

Second place was awarded to Willuance Mesalien, the community manager of Pointe Grand in Augusta, Georgia. His dedication is demonstrated through the founding of The Will Make It Enrichment Scholarship Program in 2011, which aims to assist high school juniors and seniors in their transitions to college. Mesalien's own experiences growing up in subsidized housing fueled his passion for this program. With over 400 students benefiting from scholarships since its inception, his goal-oriented strategy showcases resilience and community support.

Anthony Thaxton, the second runner-up and community manager at Garrison Park in Charlotte, North Carolina, was recognized for his involvement with Least of These Carolinas, a charity aimed at supporting children in foster care. His own journey in fostering a child inspires his commitment to community service. Moreover, Thaxton actively engages with initiatives such as the Live to Give program, encouraging acts of kindness and community support.

All winners were honored at a vibrant ceremony held on October 13, 2025, broadcasted live on Facebook from Fort Worth. Financial donations were awarded to each winner’s cause: $3,500 for the grand winner, $2,000 for the first runner-up, and $1,000 for the second runner-up, allowing them to continue their impactful work.
