The CCA STARTUP CONFERENCE 2025, one of the leading pitch events focusing on the construction sector, has officially opened its call for speakers. Organized by Zero One Booster, based in Chiyoda, Tokyo, in collaboration with the Country Construction Associates, this event aims to connect innovative startups with established construction companies.

The conference, now in its sixth year, serves as a platform for entrepreneurs tackling challenges within the construction domain. The event not only highlights innovative solutions but also provides opportunities for collaboration with established construction firms.

Prizes and Opportunities

Participants vying for the Best Award will have the chance to feature in an article published by the Construction Newspaper, display their projects at the Hokkaido Civil Engineering and Architecture Future Technology Exhibition, and avail opportunities to collaborate with member companies of the CCA. Furthermore, all participants will be granted chances for collaboration through regular meetings or MVP demonstrations.

How to Participate

Entrepreneurs interested in showcasing their solutions must meet several criteria:

- Operate or have the potential to operate a startup in the construction sector
- Have a demonstrable product or service ready for pitch
- Be able to attend the event in person on the pitch day

Applications can be submitted through the dedicated website until May 12, 2025. The selection process will follow, where a response will be provided within five business days.

Selection Timeline

1. Application Deadline: May 12, 2025
2. Evaluation: Participants will receive results via email shortly after the application deadline.
3. Orientation: Selected participants will receive guidelines regarding pitching procedures online.
4. Pitch Rehearsals: Participants interested in refining their pitches can utilize supportive sessions at 01Booster.
5. Submission of Pitch Materials: All required materials must be submitted by 18:00 on May 19, 2025.
6. Pitch Day: The actual event will be held in person on May 20, 2025.
