Support Campaign for Small and Medium Enterprises Using Suit UP Management Tool

Support Campaign for Small and Medium Enterprises

Suit Inc., headquartered in Chiyoda, Tokyo and led by CEO Yusuke Komatsu, has launched a campaign aimed at supporting small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that have been in business for 50 to 100 years. This initiative promotes the use of our task management and project management tool, Suit UP, which is designed to streamline team coordination and enhance productivity.

About the Campaign

The campaign runs from April 24 to April 30, 2025. During this period, three selected SMEs that meet the eligibility criteria can enjoy three months of free access to the Suit UP service. To apply, interested organizations should fill out our contact form and specify “SME Support Campaign” in the inquiry section. Detailed instructions can be found here: Contact Form.

By adopting Suit UP, SMEs can largely reduce their operative costs. For instance, if a firm employs 30 people and each pair of manager and employee checks in on task progress twice a day for eight minutes, the monthly cost rises to a staggering 1.19 million yen based on 20 working days. Through enhanced task visibility and management, Suit UP can address this significant cost burden effectively.

A recent survey conducted by Nulabo (from October 6 to 10, 2023), which targeted businesses with fewer than 1,000 employees, revealed that the majority of task management methods currently focus on individual rather than team needs. Only 11.7% of respondents utilized specialized task management tools, while 25.2% resorted to using Excel or spreadsheets. The majority relied on emails (31.2%) or handwritten notes (30.6%). This shows a pressing need for systemic solutions tailored for team management.

The Suit UP campaign aims to encourage SMEs to implement systematic task management as the first step towards improved labor productivity. Many SMEs with over 50 years of operation have established business models but find themselves at a plateau in growth. By gaining efficiency through tools like Suit UP, these companies can acquire the necessary capabilities to advance to the next stage.

We encourage all eligible SMEs to take advantage of this opportunity to experience the utility and convenience of Suit UP. Our goal is to continuously run campaigns that help simplify the adoption and operation of team task management for SMEs.

Overview of Suit UP Services

Suit UP is designed to be a user-friendly cloud-based solution for effective task and project management among teams. It operates similarly to spreadsheets and enables teams to visualize their work, hence avoiding task oversights and missed deadlines. By facilitating improved task management, Suit UP helps organizations enhance operational efficiency and substantially cuts costs.

Suit UP has been available in its α version since September 2023, with the β version launching in April 2024. The β version boasts essential functions for task, organization, communication, and analysis, as well as unique features like task templates and deadline notifications—setting it apart from conventional spreadsheet tools.

Pricing plans include a Standard Plan at 1,080 yen per user per month (excluding tax), and a Starter Plan for organizations with 10 or fewer users, set at a reduced cost of 500 yen per user per month. Furthermore, the β version launch campaign waives initial fees until June 30, 2025.
