On March 27, 2025, the much-anticipated TAkanawa Gateway City officially opened, bringing with it a host of events, including the NEWoMan TAKANAWA LINK MARKET held on March 29 and 30. At this vibrant market, TRUNK TRAVELERS by URBAN RESEARCH Co., Ltd. showcased their unique offerings despite a rainy start on the first day, which transformed into beautiful weather, attracting a large crowd on the second day.

Workshop Experiences

The event featured a variety of engaging activities, from candle-making workshops to food trucks selling fresh flowers and delicious meals. Moreover, these activities were centered around lifestyle concepts, creating opportunities for community connection.

Wood Mobile Workshop (enn.)

Participants were able to craft their own mobiles using various natural wooden parts, which they could choose in their favorite colors and shapes. Adding a touch of aroma oil turned these pieces into comforting, scented creations. With every gentle breeze, the mobiles exuded a pleasant fragrance, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Botanical Mini Candle Workshop (sheep)

This captivating workshop allowed participants to create their own botanical mini soy candles using dried flowers. Focusing on the theme of edible and decorative plants, B.H.R COFFEE & FLOWERS provided a menu featuring salads made from Setagaya vegetables, alongside meals and drinks free from animal products. Their food truck was a hit, offering visitors not only a visual feast but also an exquisite taste experience.
