As summer nights draw near, Konica Minolta's planetariums offer an extraordinary experience to celebrate the season. From
July 17 to August 31, 2026, guests will be welcomed by the stunning
Fireworks Welcome Dome before each planetarium show. This immersive pre-show presentation, shown in five locations:
Platarian Tokyo in Yurakucho,
Platarian Yokohama,
Manten in Ikebukuro,
Tenku in Oshiage, and
Manten Nagoya, will envelop attendees in a realm of fantastical fireworks illuminated within the planetarium's dome.
This annual event has captivated audiences and presents a unique way to kick off your evening. As guests enter, they are greeted by a captivating display that lasts about
5 to 10 minutes. The breathtaking display of fireworks, accompanied by powerful sounds, perfectly sets the stage for the planetarium’s main feature, making it an unforgettable experience.
