Allurity Expands Its European Cybersecurity Footprint with Infigo Acquisition

Allurity Expands Its Cybersecurity Reach in Europe

In a significant move to bolster its cybersecurity offerings across Europe, Allurity, a prominent group of cybersecurity service providers, has announced its acquisition of Infigo IS, a highly respected cybersecurity firm based in Croatia. This acquisition is set to enhance Allurity's capabilities in offensive security, allowing it to become a preferred partner for cybersecurity in the region.

Founded in 2005, Infigo IS has built a robust reputation as one of southern Europe’s strongest cybersecurity players, focusing primarily on B2B services. The company employs approximately 100 cybersecurity professionals and provides tailored services to various sectors, including finance, high-tech manufacturing, critical infrastructure, and national security. Its client base includes some of the most security-conscious organizations in the world, such as multinational banks and space agencies, demonstrating Infigo's expertise in handling highly sensitive data and systems, including air traffic control and nuclear facility operations.

"Infigo IS has always combined technical depth with a sharp focus on solving real security challenges," said Hrvoje Šegudović, CEO of Infigo. He emphasized that joining forces with Allurity will enable Infigo to scale its innovative solutions, expand into new markets, and collaborate with experts across the Allurity group, thereby accelerating its growth trajectory.

Infigo's strengths lie in its broad capabilities, which encompass both offensive and defensive security measures, managed services, consulting, and product development. Its offensive security unit is recognized as one of the largest in the region and is led by a SANS Certified Instructor. This unit is deeply engaged in penetration testing and red team operations, contributing significantly to the cybersecurity industry by researching zero-day vulnerabilities.

The company's accolades include its distinction as the only Splunk partner in the EMEA region to achieve Triple Elite status, a recognition that few companies globally have attained. This unique status speaks volumes about Infigo's ability to transform complex security data into actionable insights, an essential capability in today's challenging cybersecurity landscape.

Frida Westerberg, CEO of Allurity, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition: "We are delighted to welcome Infigo to the Allurity family. The team brings strong capabilities and a sharp edge in offensive security, which enhances our group offering. Infigo's expertise strengthens our presence in Southern Europe and supports our vision of becoming the leading cybersecurity group in Europe. In this increasingly complex geopolitical environment, the demand for trusted cybersecurity solutions is critical, and our partnership with Infigo reinforces our ability to meet that need."

With the incorporation of Infigo, Allurity's network expands to over 700 cybersecurity specialists operating across 18 countries, all united in the fight against cybercrime. The synergy between these teams is expected to enhance Allurity’s service range, bringing together profound expertise to address today’s cybersecurity challenges.

The acquisition is currently pending regulatory approvals and merger control clearances, with both companies optimistic about the future. As cyber threats continue to evolve, the integration of Infigo's skilled team into Allurity promises to deliver innovative and effective solutions tailored to clients' security needs.
