Polymatech Electronics Limited Announces Completion of PCB Manufacturing Facility in Europe

Polymatech Electronics Limited recently celebrated a major advance in its European expansion strategy with the commissioning of a cutting-edge Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing facility in Estonia. This impressive milestone underlines the company’s commitment to innovation and quality, establishing it as a critical player in the electronics sector.

A State-of-the-Art Facility

Covering approximately 10,000 square feet, the new facility is equipped with advanced machinery capable of producing up to 50,000 square meters of multi-layer High-Density Interconnect (HDI) PCBs annually. The location leverages top-notch European technology, adhering to rigorous industry standards that cater to high-demand sectors such as mobile communications, defense, aerospace, automotive electronics, semiconductor manufacturing, telecommunications, and industrial electronics.

Mr. Eswara Rao Nandam, CEO of Polymatech Electronics, expressed his excitement about the facility, stating, “Our European-made PCBs are designed with expertise and superior quality, catering to high-end applications across various industries.” This shift positions Polymatech not only as a component supplier but also as a comprehensive solutions provider dedicated to meeting the needs of some of the most challenging sectors.

Opening its doors on August 8, 2025, the Estonia facility exemplifies Polymatech's goal of achieving excellence in reliability and customer-centric innovation. Tarja Rapala, Director at Polymatech and Head of the PCB Business, reiterated that the firm is devoted to rapid service delivery and sustainable PCB solutions, a vision made possible by the highly skilled team operating in the facility.

Dr. Allen Nejah, Chief Innovation Officer, emphasized the strategic importance of the facility, highlighting its role in transitioning Polymatech from merely a component manufacturer to a product-centric company. This advancement not only enhances Polymatech's offerings but also accelerates the release of innovative products into the market. The diverse product portfolio at the facility includes high-speed PCBs, advanced HDI PCBs, high-frequency PCBs, and multi-layer configurations with up to 48 layers aimed at meeting the demands of high-end electronics.
