Guests will also have the opportunity to partake in an extraordinary pairing experience featuring Sanwa Shurui's acclaimed beverages, including the premium shochu "Ichiko," the local wine from Anshin, and the aromatic "Wako Botan," perfectly complementing each course.

The inspiration behind this collaboration runs deep within the Nén team. Chef Summer Le and many core members are alumni of Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University in Oita. This region not only holds fond memories, but has also shaped their artistic sensibilities.
