The pop-up event, themed around the HydroConquest line, introduces three exclusive drinks that echo the spirit of these iconic timepieces. Available from July 11 to August 26, 2026, visitors can indulge in these special concoctions in two elegantly curated spaces: the chic TIME NEST BAR LOUNGE and the scenic Cafe & Dining ZelkovA.

A Taste of Elegance

The collaboration features three unique beverages inspired by Longines' distinguished HydroConquest dive watches:

1. Luminous Dive
At 1,800 yen (tax inclusive, service charge extra), this cocktail draws inspiration from the deep blue hue of the Luminous Blue watch. Blending Blue Curacao, Cococano, and lychee liqueur, it captivates with its refreshing fruity notes and an aromatic orange finish.

2. Frosted Blue Breeze (Mocktail)
Priced at 1,400 yen (tax inclusive, service fee extra), this innovative botanical mocktail is derived from the refreshing Frosted Blue dial. Featuring a non-alcoholic gin base with Blue Curacao syrup and fizzy tonic water, it’s perfectly complemented by the zesty lime and aromatic rosemary touches, making it the ideal summer refresher.

3. Verdant ZelkovA Martini
A nod to the beautiful zelkova tree-lined street, this elegant martini retails for 1,900 yen (tax included, service fee additional). Combining dry gin, matcha liqueur, green tea, and kiwi syrup, it presents a delightful balance of flavors, all crowned with a sweet matcha sugar rim and a sprig of mint that adds a modern flair.

Each collaboration drink ordered grants guests an exclusive coaster featuring designs inspired by the partnership. Presenting this coaster at the Longines Omotesando Pop-Up during the event will also entitle patrons to receive a special Longines mini gift.

Adventurous visitors can partake in the special HydroConquest Days on July 11 and August 8. Enjoy an original drink on the house when you share your experience online using specified hashtags. Access and shareable content are part of the captivating events this summer. Drink offerings are limited to guests aged 20 and older, ensuring responsible enjoyment. Additionally, registering for Longines’ official LINE account qualifies participants for a miniature fragrance inspired by the drinks.
