The partnership between Cyient and Navitas, announced in December of last year, allows customers within India to benefit from locally available GaN power solutions. GaN semiconductors are gaining traction due to their superior performance compared to traditional silicon devices. With higher switching speeds and lower conduction losses, these semiconductors promise enhanced thermal efficiency.
