Isogo Station Front Building Project Completion
The Isogo Station Front Building, developed by the Phil Company Group in collaboration with Tokyo Gas Real Estate Co., will be officially completed by May 31, 2025. This project carries a mission of filling the gaps in the community through creativity and aims to offer both comfortable office and residential spaces in urban areas. The collaboration showcases the shared vision of enhancing regional vitality and sustainable development.
Project Overview
Tokyo Gas Real Estate has owned the development site since 1979, initially using it for gas pipeline operations and later as a coin parking lot. As community needs evolved, the company explored new ways to utilize this prime location to better support local residents and businesses. After extensive market research and planning, the two-story facility consisting of 296 square meters was designed to cater to the surrounding area's needs while retaining some parking functionality for visitors.
The first floor will house a branch of Tully's Coffee, which opened its first shop in Japan in Ginza in 1997. Tully's has become a beloved community coffee shop with around 820 locations across the nation, promoting a philosophy of being a community café. Their new branch at Isogo is set to open in August 2025, ready to serve signature espresso drinks and a welcoming space for local patrons.
Meanwhile, the second floor will feature beautician outlets from Kenji Group, known for their extensive network of hair salons and beauty services. The Kenji Group operates under various brands including KENJE, STYLE, LUCK, CAPA, and CREA, boasting a total of 166 salons. Their expected opening is in July 2025, focusing on providing quality beauty services tailored for consumers in the Kanagawa and Tokyo regions.
