With over three decades of experience in advising on transformative transactions worldwide, Przygoda is well-positioned to offer strategic advisory services to a range of clients, including CEOs, management teams, boards, private equity firms, and strategic investors.

Alejandro Przygoda's Background

Prior to launching Przygoda & Co., Alejandro Przygoda held several prestigious positions in the investment banking industry. He served as Co-Head of Global Investment Banking and Global Head of the Financial Institutions Group at Jefferies from 2021 to 2025. His impressive career includes 18 years at Credit Suisse, where he spent the last ten years as the Global Head of the Financial Institutions Group.

Przygoda began his investment banking career in 1995 at CS First Boston in New York, later holding senior roles at Greenhill and UBS. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer for the Argentine branch of General Re from 1990 to 1993. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School of Business, graduating with distinction as a Palmer Scholar, and he graduated with top honors from the University of Buenos Aires with a degree in science and accounting. His credentials include CPA certification in Argentina.

In addition to his roles in investment banking, Przygoda is a regular lecturer at The Wharton School, where he analyzes ways companies can defend against shareholder pressure. He is also a trustee board member of the Collegiate School in New York City.
