BrokerTech Ventures Unveils 2026 Accelerator and Event Plans in Insurance Innovation

BrokerTech Ventures Unveils Innovations for 2026

BrokerTech Ventures (BTV), recognized as the leading broker-led platform for advancing insurance innovation, has officially announced its Accelerator Cohort for 2026. This exciting cohort consists of nine fresh insurtech startups, each selected for their unique potential to transform the insurance landscape. The companies participating in the 2026 cohort are:

  • - Anzen Technologies, Inc.
  • - CoverForce
  • - FLORA (Flora Fertility)
  • - Inspectform
  • - Monark HQ
  • - Pasito
  • - The OneForm
  • - Trussed AI
  • - Upware

John Jackovin, the Executive Director of BTV Accelerator, expressed enthusiasm for the cohort members, noting, "We're excited by the caliber of this year's applicant pool, and ultimately by the startups joining our 2026 cohort." The selected startups aim to address critical challenges within the industry, and BTV is poised to support them through collaboration, funding, and a robust network.

The official launch of the 2026 Accelerator takes place at BTV's flagship event, BTV Mania, scheduled for April 14-15, 2026, in Des Moines, Iowa. During this event, startups will engage intimately with BTV owners, partner carriers, and industry leaders to explore pilot programs and strategic partnerships. The opportunity for exposure to BTV's expansive distribution network, valued in the billions, will allow these startups to test and implement their innovative technologies in real-world environments.

Furthermore, each participating company receives $50,000 in seed funding and immediate connections to brokers and carriers essential for deployment. This financial backing and practical access empower these insurtech startups to fine-tune their offerings and scale effectively.

In conjunction with BTV Mania, BrokerTech Ventures will collaborate with and sponsor the Global Insurance Symposium (GIS), held concurrently in Des Moines on the same dates. This partnership promotes shared discussions among industry professionals, amplifying the outreach and engagement opportunities for the cohort. Cory McAnelly, GIS Co-Chair, remarked on this collaboration, emphasizing its importance in fostering innovation and the necessity for shared resources to propel advancements within the industry.

Lastly, BTV has announced that it will once again host BrokerTech Connect in Chicago on September 1-2, 2026. This event is tailored specifically for brokers, carriers, and innovators, aiming to bridge conversations into tangible solutions. Attendees can expect insights into broker-centric innovation, direct access to key decision-makers, and opportunities to cultivate inter-industry relationships. Mike Victorson, BTV Co-CEO, emphasized the significance of this event in driving collaborative efforts to solve prevailing issues in the insurance sector.

Through these initiatives, BrokerTech Ventures continues to position itself at the forefront of insurtech innovation and collaboration. For those interested in joining BrokerTech Connect, a ticket waitlist is currently available.
