With over 25 years of experience in the field, Han has built a reputation for designing innovative structures across several sectors, including commercial, educational, cultural, healthcare, and residential projects. His extensive background equips him with the skills necessary to lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless collaboration from initial design to construction.
Han is not only a seasoned professional but also emphasizes the importance of teamwork as a cornerstone for successful project execution. He actively seeks to unite clients, contractors, and project owners, taking on senior leadership roles in projects to facilitate productive partnerships. Furthermore, his expertise extends to adaptive reuse and renovation, allowing him to breathe new life into existing structures while meeting modern demands.

Currently, he serves as the President of the Board of Directors for the Structural Engineers Association of Massachusetts (SEAMASS). He also contributes his expertise to the Structural Advisory Committee for the Board of Building Regulations and Standards (BBRS), and is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) as well as the Boston Society of Civil Engineers (BSCE) and the Structural Engineering Institute (SEI).
