Attention aspiring real estate professionals! TAC is excited to announce an online examination analysis session tailored specifically for candidates of the 2023 real estate agent exam. This pivotal event will take place on October 25, 2023, from 14:00 to 15:30 via Zoom.

To help alleviate your concerns and enhance your preparation for future exams, our experienced TAC instructors will be diving deep into the analysis of the recent examination data. This includes vital insights into which questions were crucial for passing and which were more likely to be discarded in your exam strategy.

During this session, participants will received closely analyzed data derived from the vast answer submissions collected nationwide. Questions such as “Which questions were absolute must-knows?” and “What were the key problems that influenced pass or fail decisions?” will be thoroughly discussed.

Moreover, participants will be provided with strategies on how to approach the upcoming years’ exam preparation based on the analysis we present.

If you prefer face-to-face interaction, we are also hosting in-person analysis sessions across various TAC locations. Here are the details:

- Shinjuku on October 25th at 10:30 AM with instructor Nobuhito Sato.
- Shibuya on October 29th at 19:00 with instructor Kasamatsu.

• - Nagoya and Kansai Area:

- Nagoya on October 26th at 14:00 with instructor Nobutoshi Suzuki.
- Umeda on October 29th at 19:00 with instructor Nakayama.

For in-person sessions, please bring the same materials—the recent exam questions and writing instruments. The sessions at Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Nagoya do not require prior reservations, but be sure to arrive before the start time. For the Umeda location, advance reservation is essential; reservations can be made through this link.

FREE Data Research Result Access

We are also pleased to offer a Free Web Scoring and Analysis Result Viewing Service via our data research tool. This comes in handy to check your scores and averages in real time! It processes answer submissions from students nationwide, giving you insights into your relative performance. The service aggregates data continuously, and you will be able to view the exam assessments by subject and difficulty level as soon as the examination is over.

• - New registration starts: October 19, 15:00 through November 6, 23:59.
• - Response submission window: October 19, 15:00 to November 7, 12:00.
• - Individual score announcements: October 19, 20:00 to November 25, 11:00.

Lastly, for those who successfully pass the examination, we will be offering the TAC Real Estate Registration Practical Training Course.
