Director Kimura reminisced, "I didn’t expect to see everyone again so soon after last year’s revival screening for the Aikatsu! 10th Anniversary. It’s really wonderful to be here with you for this new release!"

When asked what is vital for formulating a successful unit, Chihiro shared, "As Madoka says in the film, it's important for both members to shine together!" Director Kimura reminisced about the challenges of naming the units during the original broadcast of the Unit Cup arc. "It was quite a task! After our story meetings, we’d often stay back to brainstorm name ideas with the staff!"
