His leadership in the APAC region and key role in shaping the company's AI strategy further accentuate his qualifications for this role.
In his new position, Dhok will take on added responsibilities, including service excellence, talent acquisition and management, learning and development, as well as overseeing alliances and partnerships. Sandeep Kalra, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director at Persistent, acknowledged Dhok's extensive background and execution capabilities, stating that his expertise would be crucial as the company pivots towards an AI and platform-centric strategy.
Additionally, in this phase of transformation, Vinit Teredesai, currently the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director, will expand his remit to include the oversight of the IT and ESG departments, reinforcing the integration of technology and sustainability in the company’s operations.
