Starting January 16, 2026, Tokyo's Meiji Park will transform into a magical winter wonderland with the launch of 'WINTER LOUNGE MEIJI PARK.' Organised by Tokyo Legacy Parks Co., Ltd., in collaboration with renowned companies including Mitsui & Co. and Yomiuri Advertising, this delightful event promises a month-long celebration filled with ice skating, outdoor kotatsu rentals, and various special events!

What Awaits You at WINTER LOUNGE?

Ice Skating Experience

One of the event highlights is the introduction of the first-ever ice skating rink at Meiji Park, named 'ICE RINK Powered by Corona Cero.' Spanning 20 meters by 10 meters, this rink will offer breathtaking views anchored against the National Stadium, creating a unique skate experience unlike any other. It's the perfect place for both newcomers and seasoned skaters, with admission fees set at ¥1,500 for adults and ¥1,000 for children. Skates can be rented for ¥500, as well are assistance devices for little ones, ensuring safety and fun for everyone. Please note that gloves are mandatory for skating, and they will be available for purchase on-site.

Cozy Kotatsu Experience

For those looking to embrace the winter chill in comfort, the 'KOTATSU PARK Powered by Anker' invites visitors to enjoy hot drinks and Japanese winter snacks while relaxing in outdoor kotatsu, heated traditional Japanese tables. Anker portable power sources ensure you can charge your devices while basking in cozy warmth, allowing moments of work or leisure right from the courtyard. Renting a kotatsu setup for two hours is priced at ¥5,000.

Mark your calendars for a special event on January 17, when guests will have the opportunity to engage in an Olympic experience alongside real Olympians at the nearby Japan Olympic Museum. This unique collaboration promises an afternoon filled with learning and excitement from 2 PM to 5 PM.
