This unique dining experience, organized by Co-op Travel, offers guests an opportunity to indulge in wines and a meticulously crafted course meal, all while surrounded by the breathtaking scenery of the vineyards.

This exclusive dining event takes place at various wineries and vineyards across Hokkaido, creating a one-day-only restaurant experience that combines fine dining and local wines. Starting four years ago, the event aims to immerse participants in the essence of autumn in Hokkaido, providing a delightful experience for all the senses, and it has garnered a loyal following.

At NIKI Hills Winery, we strive to create wines that embody the spirit of Hokkaido and the unique character of the town of Niki. Guests can expect a delectable course meal featuring local ingredients that are harmoniously paired with our exquisite wines, all enjoyed within the stunning backdrop of the vineyards.

The head chef of our restaurant, Aperçu, Naoki Nagai, who honed his skills at the renowned French restaurant Chambord in Osaka, draws inspiration from the land and the season to craft a menu that captivates the palate with every bite.
