Toyota's Exciting Plans for the Rebelle Rally 2025 Unveiled

Toyota's Ambitious Journey into the Rebelle Rally 2025

Toyota Motor North America has officially revealed its participation in the highly anticipated Rebelle Rally 2025 during an announcement at the XOVERLAND Ranch. For this year's edition of the rally, renowned as the longest all-women off-road navigation event in the United States, Toyota is excited to introduce a new external team while maintaining its dedicated presence with 12 internal female employees.

This marks a significant milestone for Toyota as they bring in external competitors to join their ranks, and the spotlight will be on Rachelle Croft, the esteemed founder of Overland Expo, and her co-pilot, Taylor Pawley. The duo made headlines in the 2019 edition with their outstanding performance, claiming the top spot in the overall rankings. Rachelle's extensive experience in overlanding combined with Taylor's sharp navigational skills showcased their exceptional teamwork and resilience on challenging terrains.

Samantha Barber, Toyota’s Senior Production Engineering Manager and a seasoned participant in the Rebelle Rally, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration with Rachelle and Taylor. "We are delighted to work with individuals who showcase a deep passion for off-roading both on and off the tracks," said Barber. Her words reflect the company's commitment to pushing boundaries and embracing new challenges, with the aim of inspiring their own engineers and all participants.

The Rebelle Rally 2025 is set to take place from October 8 to 18, stretching over 2,500 kilometers across the breathtaking landscapes of Nevada and California. The event will not only test the determination and off-road skills of competing teams but also highlight the camaraderie and spirit of female empowerment in motorsport. This year's rally promises to be an exhilarating adventure, as teams face various hurdles that will showcase their tenacity and navigational prowess.

As a principal sponsor of the event's internet broadcast for the fourth consecutive year, Toyota aims to elevate the excitement surrounding the Rebelle Rally 2025 by sharing it with fans across the globe. With the initiative, audiences will be able to experience live coverage online, bringing them closer to the action, triumphs, and trials that teams will face.

Toyota's commitment to female empowerment extends beyond the confines of competitive motorsport. The company continues to push for innovation in sustainable mobility through their brands Toyota and Lexus. With nearly 48,000 employees across the U.S., Toyota has been a part of America’s cultural landscape for nearly seven decades, contributing to the design, engineering, and assembly of millions of vehicles.

In 2025, Toyota's North Carolina plant began assembling automotive batteries for electric vehicles, reinforcing the company’s vision of a sustainable automotive future.

One of Toyota’s standout initiatives, "Driving Possibilities," aims to create innovative educational programs for historically underserved communities in the U.S., fostering knowledge and skill development in collaboration with local organizations.

As the Rebelle Rally 2025 approaches, all eyes will be on Rachelle Croft, Taylor Pawley, and the impressive teams that Toyota has assembled. The upcoming events will not only shed light on the adventurous spirit of female racers but will also pave the way for the next generation of female leaders in the auto and sports industries.

Stay tuned for what promises to be an inspiring showcase of strength, teamwork, and fierce competition as Toyota gears up for the Rebelle Rally 2025.
