XCMG Showcases Exceptional Reliability and Expertise at FIM SuperEnduro Championship

XCMG's Groundbreaking Presence at FIM SuperEnduro World Championship

In December 2025, XCMG Machinery, listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SHE: 000425), made a grand appearance at one of the most prestigious indoor off-road motorcycle events, the FIM SuperEnduro World Championship, held in Stockholm, Sweden. Collaborating with its Nordic distributor, ELVATE, XCMG not only sponsored the event but also provided a comprehensive array of equipment and technical support that exemplified their commitment to the motor sports ecosystem in Sweden.

Construction and Technical Expertise on Display

The SuperEnduro course, designed with steep inclines, continuous obstacles, and intricate low-speed turns, demanded exceptional construction precision. The soil's moisture content needed to be meticulously regulated between 8% and 12%, with compaction density maintained between 85% and 90% to ensure structural stability without compromising rider traction. Meeting these rigid standards posed a significant challenge for both technical know-how and equipment reliability.

To tackle this, XCMG mobilized a coordinated fleet of machinery, ensuring efficient construction while adhering to strict specifications. The XC968EV electric wheel loader and the XE270EV electric excavator, flagship models from XCMG's new energy lineup, performed critical tasks swiftly, such as building large ramps and compacting the track surface. The XE260E excavator, equipped with specialized attachments, effectively spread and shaped the soil while minimizing the need for repositioning. Additionally, the compact XC7-TV12 tracked loader showcased remarkable off-road capabilities, handling complex terrains while causing minimal disruption during compaction and loosening operations.

Reliability Under Pressure

As vital as equipment performance was during the construction phase, its reliability was further tested during the race itself. With frequent landings and impacts, the track required maintenance every 20 to 30 minutes. XCMG machinery was on standby throughout the event, instantly stepping onto the course after each racing segment to restore surface conditions and ensure rider safety. Compact loaders equipped with rakes and buckets played a crucial role in rapidly repairing the track and rejuvenating surface elasticity within tight timeframes.

“XCMG's equipment operated continuously with remarkable reliability,” said Tom Burwell, the event director. “Its stability exceeded expectations, allowing us to complete pre-race preparations on time and to high standards.” Steve Forrester, an experienced Australian operator who traveled the globe with the championship, praised the electric excavators for their seamless operation, quick responsiveness, and overall performance.

The proven efficiency of XCMG equipment during the event also resulted in ELVATE receiving additional orders from customers on-site, highlighting the demand for their innovative solutions in the motorsport field.

As XCMG looks ahead, the commitment to expanding its solutions across various applications remains strong, fostering collaborations with partners to enhance the landscape of motor sports and beyond.

XCMG in action at SuperEnduro

In conclusion, XCMG and ELVATE's collaboration at the FIM SuperEnduro World Championship not only showcased the brand's cutting-edge technology but also reaffirmed its position as a leader in providing comprehensive solutions to complex engineering challenges in the motorsport arena.
