On August 30, ace staff from various GiGO locations across West Japan will unite at the Osaka Dotonbori store for this special occasion. Each staff member will wear a distinctive sash and provide top-tier service throughout the day. Fans will be treated to a lively atmosphere as they compete in a customer service challenge, vying for the title of the best service provider in the region.

Exclusive Merchandise


To celebrate this anniversary, GiGO Osaka Dotonbori will also launch a limited-edition merchandise set. This set includes:

  • - "GiGO Logo Taiyaki"

In celebration of the first anniversary, the beloved 'Himitsu no AiPuri' pop-up shop will reopen for a limited time at GiGO.
